Let’s face it, many ministry leaders ministering with young people do not take on the responsibility and role because administration is the best part. Ministry with young people is relational ministry, but we must remember that it is not only a relationship between ourselves and the young people, but the relationship between young people and Jesus Christ, and Jesus’ Church. To create an environment and culture in which young people can grow and develop their relationship with Christ and the Church, we must have effective administrative practices.
