1916 Apparitions of the Angel of Peace to the three shepherd children.
The Angel of Peace, also know revealed as the Angel of Portugal, appeared three times to the shepherd children of Fátima.
The first apparition took place in the spring of 1916. The second occurred in the summer. The last apparition happened in the fall of that year.
These apparitions prepared the children for the heavenly visits of Our Lady in May of 1917. The Angel instructed and prepared the children by way of prayer.
Below are the prayers the Angel of Peace taught the Children of Fátima.
In anticipation of the first apparition, May 13, you are encouraged to teach the children of your parish religious education programs, and Catholic schools, these special prayers.
Also, please share the conversations the Angel had with the children of Fátima during the apparitions.
1st Apparition
"My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love you! I ask pardon of you for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love you."
(This a prayer of reparation for those who reject God.)
2nd Apparition
The Angel told the children: "Pray, pray very much." "Offer prayers and sacrifices constantly to the Most High."
(Offering the prayer of the Rosary is an excellent prayer of reparation.)
3rd Apparition
"Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I offer you the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the sacrileges, outrages and indifferences by which He Himself is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of poor sinners."
