Office of Faith Formation
The Diocese of Sacramento's Department of Lay Formation offers Intermediate Course Series, Level 1- a ministerial program and Level 2 - theological program, for all catechetical and ministry leaders. You will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing Level 1.
Intermediate Course Series Level 2 is a 3-year Advanced Certification Program for Master Catechist Certification and Advanced Studies Certification for Lay Ministry Leaders and Deacon Candidates.
Level 1: Marriage & Family, and Introduction to the Sacred Scripture
Level 2: Revelation & Transmission, and The Person of Christ (Christology)
