Extended Care Director

The Extended Care Director oversees the daily administration and overall operation of the school’s extended care program under the direction of the principal. This role includes managing enrollment policies, attendance, fees, staffing, scheduling, and payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with school policies and applicable regulations. The Director supervises, evaluates, and supports staff; plans student orientation; prepares program handbooks and reports; and regularly communicates with the principal regarding program needs, facilities, and improvements. The Director fosters a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment and seeks ongoing feedback to strengthen the program for students, families, and staff.
