Dear Friends in Christ:
As we put together our Christmas Crèche consider the scene we assemble. We are acting out an ancient spiritual metaphor caring for those who were once a poor, homeless family lost on the margins of a great empire. May those same holy pilgrims now find their way to the center of your homes and hearts. May the joy and hope of the manger scene sustain our efforts to bring the merciful light of Jesus into the public square during the new year.
