The office manager of a K-8 elementary school assists in greeting students, parents, and visitors daily. Performs secretarial duties and maintains student records. Exhibits flexibility in the day-to-day school environment and supervises and accepts responsibly for the safety and wellbeing of each child. The office manager sets the tone for contacts between the school and the public with a warm, positive, respectful, patient and professional manner. They establish a faith-filled environment, demonstrates leadership without specific direction using considerable judgment.
