Director of Youth Ministry

We are looking for a passionate, experienced youth ministry coordinator. We are three parishes in Elk Grove (Good Shepherd, St. Joseph, St. Maria Goretti) looking for a dynamic leader to coordinate youth ministry teams in our parishes. Our goal is to introduce the young to Jesus, help them grow in their faith, to make young disciples, and to develop young leaders for our parish ministries through a comprehensive program of small group meetings, large group meetings, trips and regional events. Ideal candidate has 5 years’ experience as a paid parish youth ministry coordinator, is energetic and passionate about their faith, holds at least a BA degree, is an effective communicator to both teens, young adults and parents, enjoys a fast-paced, team oriented work environment, has experience working with youth and families from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, and is excited about building something new and exciting.
