The Administrative Assistant assists the Pastor and Parish Director with facilities scheduling, parish registration, database management, supplies for office, Matrimony certificates and record keeping and other administrative duties as assigned. St. Clare Parish in Roseville, CA seeks a parish administrative assistant to join our dynamic ministry team.  Ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, enjoy working with people, have worked or volunteered in a church environment, and is good with computer applications: Microsoft Office, Parishsoft, etc.  Bilingual speaking and translation skills (English & Spanish) are helpful, but not required.  Opening is immediate and will be open until filled.  Position is full time, non-exempt, hourly with medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays a year, 10 paid sick days a year and two weeks paid vacation.  Work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  32 hours per week.
